Announcement from Chancellor Black

Dear Campus Community,

University of Minnesota Vice President/Chief Financial Officer Richard "Fitz" Pfutzenreuter and members of the Office of Budget and Finance will be at UMD for a brief visit on Monday, February 2. This visit is focused on a work session with the UMD financial team. In addition, a meeting is scheduled with members of the Strategic Planning and Budget Committee, Faculty Council, Staff Council and Student Association. You are encouraged to contact your representatives of these shared governance committees with questions and to share your thoughts. Topics to be discussed include legislative updates, multi-year budget planning and a system partnership overview.

These topics, as well as a campus update, will be discussed at a Chancellor's Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, February 18 at 3:30 p.m. in the Marshall Performing Arts Center.
